This is a place for sharing changes you attribute to the pandemic. For instance, just to get you thinking:
- I have a greater compassion for people
- I’m scared of getting sick
- I think we place too much trust in science
- I started a discussion group
- I love this planet
- I feel like my whole freedom has been taken away from me
As a beginning thought structure for this section (whether you share it here or not), whenever I worked with clients of any age, I would first be sure we had a grounded, mutual understanding of feelings… because many people do not know how they are feeling. There are four foundational feelings:
MAD. GLAD. SAD. SCARED.
It can’t be that simple (I hear you say!). Ah, this feeling-identification is not simple! You might say you are mad; and yet, underneath it all, you might be scared or sad. Sometimes, you might feel confused. Where will you categorize that?
My goal with this rendition of my website is to assist people to continue to love this planet and to save it and themselves. It’s meant for all ages.
